With twelve years of personal training experience under his belt, Luke is more than able to provide the multiple, diverse, strategic and enjoyable one-on-one sessions required on a daily basis, at Transition.

Add to this, he’s successfully competed in state-level swimming (qualifying in National times), WABL basketball, and three years pursuing a career in Ironman triathlons, it is safe to say that Luke is fully competent in training both the humble beginner and the higher level athlete.

Having the creativity, sensitivity and wisdom to work with individual difficulties, limitations and goals, Luke’s fierce yet surprisingly humorous training style lends to people achieving their fitness goals equipped and thoroughly supported.

Qualifications: Cert III & IV Personal Training, Diploma of Nutrition, First Aid Certificate.

Rachael is taking time away from the gym. Though she pops in regularly, she is currently a full-time Mama to Tobias Brave, and she’s loving it.
