I have been a member of the Transition Family for nearly 3 years. I originally joined to improve my fitness and strengthen my weak knees. This has has been met and exceeded beyond all my expectations.

Then earlier this year when Luke announced he was running a 6 week challenge I signed up alongside my husband and daughter. Wow what an experience it has been for us all and for different reasons and personal goals.

I joined the challenge to lose those dreaded extra kilos that had crept up and also to relearn my correct portion sizes with real food. Luke gave us all individual nutrition plans that were easy to follow and the food was very tasty and filling. In fact, initially I found it hard to eat all the food Luke had recommended to eat each day. I kept up the same exercise routine throughout the challenge – only difference was my nutrition and more intense workouts.

At the end of the 6 week challenge I had lost 5.3kg and I was so rapt I decided to keep going for another round. I have now lost 9kg in 11 weeks (only reason I didn’t do the full 12 weeks as my husband and I had already booked holidays – but we are still following Luke’s nutrition guide as closely as we can).

A big thanks to Luke and the trainers at Transition who have supported and encouraged me along the way. I am fitter and more importantly healthier than I have been in a long time.
