From Fifty, Fat, Frumpy and Grumpy to Healthy and Happy with Transition.

After reaching the big 5-0 last year and having no energy with which to celebrate, my husband and I exchanged personal training gifts for Christmas. I was excited to start training to improve my fitness and lose weight and felt motivated to do something about the way I felt about myself. I started the sessions after Christmas with a friend along with changing to a healthy eating plan.

16 weeks later I’m celebrating a 16kg weight loss and am now 2 dress sizes smaller! I attend PT twice a week and am a real advocate for the program at Transition. The trainers are awesome, the passion and drive they demonstrate in each session continues to motivate me to reach my goals.

Their advice, the variety in the sessions, the pace that is set and the fact that the sessions are personalised to enable me to achieve my goals is really working for me, and it has become part of my routine. Transition trainers work me hard, but the results speak for themselves!
