I started the 6 week challenge with the goals just to get my fitness to where it should be, working shift work has made it hard for me to maintain my fitness. Luke and the team at Transition gym in Kwinana were great in being flexible with my session times. After the first few sessions I was feeling pretty sore and wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to maintain 3 sessions a week plus playing footy. But my body started to adjust and coming to PT was the highlight of my day, a great environment to work out in.

The meal plan that was provided for me was an easy one to follow with great variety. By then end of the 6 weeks I managed to lose 6kg, this was a pleasant surprise! I feel stronger, faster and more positive with it comes to working out and trying to find extra time to do a quick session. I would recommend anyone who is wanting to make a change to contact Luke and his team, they are the best in town.
