Before I started training I was extremely unhealthy and due to working long hours would often skip meals then load up on unhealthy fast food.

At first I struggled a little with nutrition as I was used to eating much larger portions but stuck it out.

I am glad I did: I have not only lost 10kg and over 30cms, I have more energy and my strength has increased.

I find that I’m pushed hard in training but Luke knows exactly what needs to be done to get the results.

I would highly recommend Transition_PT to everyone. My wife has also started training with them and is very happy.
