Stretch sessions encompass rehab, strength, muscle release and core work, catering for the athlete and the newbie, maternity (pre-and post-natal), and those restricted by injuries.
Each session provides guidance, education, relaxation and sometimes coffee, because…. well, coffee.
It’s not Yoga and it’s not Pilates, although these methods have valuable stretching techniques. The goal of Stretch & Rehab is to relationally assist you in learning how to read and restore your own body back to it’s full strength and flexibility.
